Shipping policy

We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and internationally using Canada Post.

CANADA: Orders over $69.99 CAD qualify for free shipping. All other orders are charged at Canada Post calculated rates based on weight and destination.

UNITED STATES & INTERNATIONAL: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post rates. Free shipping is not available for orders outside Canada at this time.

PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. All products are handcrafted and 3D printed in British Columbia, Canada.

TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES: Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Wibbly is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@wibbly.ca for a full refund.
