At Wibbly, we want you to love your new friends! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how we can help:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Sealed packs (Fill a Bag, Pack 20, Pack 30) must be returned unopened in their original sealed packaging β€” we cannot accept loose units returned separately.
  • Individual figurines must be in their original condition, free from damage or modifications.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Exchange for another character or product of equal value.
  • Store credit for future purchases.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • If your figurine arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 15 days at hello@wibbly.ca with a photo of the issue.
  • We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund β€” your choice.
  • Return shipping for defective items is on us.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

NON-DELIVERED ORDERS

  • If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund, as required by British Columbia consumer protection law.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at hello@wibbly.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your exchange or store credit within 5 business days.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been modified, painted, or damaged by the customer.
